Where do you ship from?
I currently ship from the United States, and as of summer 2025, will only ship to North America. For customers in other countries, please see my Etsy! The prices may differ due to Etsy fees, but they take care of all the international shipping details and have been very handy in the past.
What is your return policy?
I have a 30 day return policy with photographed proof of damaged goods (which has happened!) If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued - for prints, a replacement shipment will be sent out at no cost. Please contact me first before sending any merch back to the return address! ESPECIALLY if it has been marked as delivered!
It's been over 30 days and I still haven't gotten my purchase...
I keep an eye on all shipments tracked, and if USPS marks it as "delivered", I will assume you got it. If it hasn't moved from "pre-transit", I will reach out to you about a replacement shipment with a new tracking number
The majority of shipments show up within a week, depending on distance. Please reach out to your local USPS first to see if your package was mistakenly marked as delivered. Unfortunately, some people try to get merch from me for free by asking for a refund when the merch is actually in their possession. I give a 30 day window as a courtesty, but beyond that, I will not refund a "delivered" package.
CHANGING YOUR MIND AFTER ITEM(S) HAVE SHIPPED IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR REQUESTING A REFUND. If you accidently purchased, contact me ASAP before I pack it!
The package was sent to the wrong place!
All packages are sent to the address provided, so please double check them before finalizing! I try to ship all orders around 1-3 days after ordered, so please email me ( pixelpeony @ gmail.com ) ASAP so I can manually change the address. If I've already sent it out, there's nothing I can do about it!
My order is missing something!
Sorry to hear that! This shop is run solely by one person, and while I pride myself on having a system to prevent this, I am still human. Please use the Contact form or email me and I will send your missing pieces at no cost!
Can you make a print of X character?
Maybe! Feel free to fill out the "Contact" form as feedback on merch you'd like to see, and I will try to get to it!
Why is one $5 print costing $4 to ship?
All prints are shipped in rigid flat mailers, and the average price of shipping those are $4, including mailers with only one print. These mailers can fit several prints, which are all shipped at this price, so it's more cost efficient to buy more than one print for the same shipping price!
Where can I hear about new merch/updates/sales?
All of my social links are below, with Bluesky being the most used! I often have store update in batches, so several prints and/or merch up at once
